How DubiLook™ works

DubiLook™ rewards real work. Every member has a score and a level tag. Both grow with what you do in the community: posting good listings, staying active, and putting your details on file. This page explains what earns score, how tags move, what the badges mean, and where to see your next step.

Your score

Your score is built from five parts. Each part rewards a different kind of activity.

Listing quality
Complete, clear listings earn the most. What helps:

  • a property type, an area and a price in every listing;
  • the guide headings (Property type · Area · Price …) and English text;
  • your advertising permit number.

Very thin posts — a single line, emojis only, or no price and no property type — do not earn quality score.

Matching
Helping other members find what they need: answering request posts with "✋ I have it", and both sides confirming later that the other person was responsive. This part opens in the second scoring period.

History
Steady activity over time: being active in many different weeks, and spreading your posts across the week instead of posting everything in one burst. Volume alone does not earn score.

Details on file
Details you choose to put on file: your phone number, one email address (an agency email counts more than a personal one), your broker card (BRN), and a vouch from a colleague. Each item adds to your score the moment it is on file. Nothing here is required to post.

Recognition
Recognition for helping the community, granted under rules set by the founders of DubiLook™. This part opens later.

Good to know:

  • Your score and your level are calculated by the system, not by people. No admin can change anyone's score or level by hand, and the system does not allow it. The scoring rules were set by the founders of DubiLook™.
  • The only exceptions are Recognition (when it opens), which follows rules set by the founders, and a temporary limit on your tag when a rule is broken, as set out in the Rules.
  • Your score is never reduced as a penalty.
  • Spending on promotion never affects anyone's score or level — no colleague can buy a higher rank than yours, so rankings stay fair for everyone.
  • Your score reflects your activity in the community. It is not a licence, an endorsement, or proof that your listings are accurate.

Level tags

Your level tag appears next to your name in the group. There are ten tags, from first to highest:

  • Levels rise immediately — the moment your score reaches the next step.
  • A level drops one step only after your score stays below it for two weeks in a row. If you get back above it in time, nothing changes.
  • APEX 10 opens later.
  • Penalties never touch your score. A penalty can only limit your tag — for example, hold it one step lower — and always for a limited time. Your notice tells you until when.

Badges

Badges show only what you have put on file. They are not a licence check and not an endorsement.

  • `PHONE ON FILE` — share your phone number with the bot (one tap).
  • `AGENCY EMAIL` — add your agency email address in the bot and confirm it with the code we send you.
  • `BRN ON FILE` — send your broker card (BRN) to the bot; an admin checks the date on the card.
  • `PEER VOUCHED` — a colleague with SOLID 3 or higher vouches for you through the bot.
  • `ARCHIVE MATCH` — your account matches the history of our previous group.
  • `EARLY MEMBER` — for members who were with DubiLook™ in its earliest days.

Badges appear next to your name on your listings and in your dashboard.

Your coach

Not sure what to do next? Open 🧭 My coach in the bot or in your dashboard (📊 My dashboard in the bot menu). It shows how close you are to your next tag, which badges you already have and which are still missing, and a short list of the things you can do today to move up. Once a week the bot may send you one short reminder with your next step.
