How to post for better results
A clear post becomes a better property page, automatically. Follow this and your listing turns into a complete, professional DubiLook™ page with every field filled, gets found more often, and brings you more leads.
This is a friendly guide, not extra rules. For the community rules, see the Rules. A few seconds of structure when you post gives you a much stronger page, more reach, and saves everyone time.
01Why this matters
When your post is clear and structured, DubiLook™ automatically turns it into a professional property page, with the price, area, bedrooms, payment plan and every other field filled in correctly. A complete page ranks better, looks reliable, and gets more views and leads. A messy, all-in-one-line post means missing details and a weaker page. Clean in, great page out.
02One property per post
Post one property in each message. If you have several properties, send a separate post for each one, so every property gets its own clean, complete page.
Don't combine multiple properties or several files into a single post. When two or more properties are mixed together, we can't tell which detail belongs to which, and none of them gets a proper page. One property, one post, one page.
03One detail per line
Put each piece of information on its own line, with a clear label. This is the single most important thing you can do. It lets us read your post accurately and fill your page's fields exactly: no guessing, no back-and-forth.
04Build your post and copy it
Fill in the fields below (skip any you don't need), then press Copy post and paste it into the group. It builds a clean, one-detail-per-line post for you.

Everything in one line, no labels, no clear price: most details get lost, and your page comes out half-empty.
06Keep it clean
- ✓ Write in English. It's a community rule and it reads accurately.
- ✓ Use clear labels and real numbers (price, size, bedrooms).
- ✕ No links or URLs in the post. They aren't allowed in the group and they weaken your page.
- ✕ Don't hide the price or phone number inside the image only. Write them as text too.
- ✕ No emoji-only or one-line posts. They can't be read into a proper page.
07Photo and contact
Add one attractive photo or a clean banner, your best single shot (sending many files reads as spam). Always include your contact number as text so buyers, and your page, have it ready.
08After you post
