Data Deletion Instructions

How to ask Dubilook™ to delete the data our Instagram and Telegram tools hold about you.

Dubilook™ uses its own app ("Dubilook", built on the Meta Instagram API) to publish content to the @dubilook Instagram account, read the insights of that account, and reply to comments and messages it receives. This page explains how anyone can ask us to delete data about them. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

What We Hold

  • If you comment on or message @dubilook: your Instagram username, the scoped user ID Instagram gives our app, the text of your comment or message, its time, and any reply we sent you.
  • If you use our Telegram bots: your Telegram user ID, username and the messages you sent the bot.
  • We do not receive your password, email address, phone number or contacts from Instagram, and we never sell this data.

How to Request Deletion

Send us a request by any of these routes. Please include your Instagram or Telegram username so we can find your records:

What Happens Next

  • We confirm we have received your request within 7 days.
  • We delete the data listed in Section 01 from our systems within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
  • Content that you posted on Instagram itself (for example a comment) stays on Instagram until you delete it there; we cannot delete it on your behalf.
  • We may keep a record that a deletion took place, and anything the law requires us to keep.
SECTION 04

Remove App Access

If you ever connected an Instagram account to the Dubilook app, you can remove its access at any time: in Instagram open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, choose Dubilook and tap Remove. After removal the app can no longer read anything from your account.
