We insist that if you are sharing written or visual content in a language other than English, you must provide a valid English translation. Url, Not Allowed to Share Any Kind of Links
The URL link is not allowed to be shared in the group!
If you have any posts including it you need to remove the embedded URL link from your post!

Adult Content!
We strongly advise against sharing any content that is adult-themed, dangerous, unnecessary, or unethical. This is in line with the guidelines set by the UAE government and is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our community.
Unrelated Ads With Group Topics, (Just Share Your Property Listings)
As a licensed real estate agent, you are authorized to promote and share your property listings with the community. This includes showcasing various properties available for sale or rent or highlighting any special offers or promotions from your development company. Additionally, you can gather the required files for your clients. Furthermore, if you’re interested in expanding your team, you may consider hiring a colleague to join your real estate firm, enhancing your ability to serve clients and grow your business effectively.
Sharing List More Than One Daily
We strongly recommend that you do not share your post more than once a day.
Don't Send an Excessive Amount of Files or Photos
To avoid being perceived as a spammer, it’s best not to send multiple files or images in a group chat. Instead, choose your favorite picture to share or use a nice banner for your posts. If other members request more information, you can then share it with them in a private message in a professional manner.
Service or Product Advertisement!
Advertising of goods, services, or topics unrelated to our group’s focus is strictly prohibited. Members who post advertisements related to real estate jobs, regardless of their relevance, will be removed from the community immediately. Additionally, selling customer data is illegal in the United Arab Emirates, so please do not inquire about buying or selling it here.
Referring members to another group or community.
To respect the management of the community and admin team, we appreciate you referring your team here. Please avoid recommending another platform or place to Dubilook™ Group members.
Advertising Property Outside of the UAE
This community is based in the UAE, and its members focus on local real estate. If you are looking for investors in the UAE and want to promote development in another country, please pay attention to:

D- Your Company information.
E- You are only allowed to post your list once a week.
Sharing media or content without providing explanations
Always include professional information in your posts. Posting files, documents, or images without a brief description is unprofessional.
Before posting in the group, please take note of the following.

- Profanity will not be tolerated.

- Keep messages clear but concise. If you can make your point in one message, don’t send two.
- No text bombing. Think before you text in a group message. Condense and organize your thoughts rather than sending multiple texts consecutively, otherwise known as text bombing.
